Garlic Parmesan Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups The Old Mill Miller's Choice Unbleached Flour
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
- 1 ¼ tsp. salt
- 8 Tbsp. melted salted butter, divided
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. warm water, 100-110F
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup grated (1 oz.) parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, garlic powder, yeast, salt, 3 Tbsp. melted butter, and warm water in a large bowl until combined. Knead until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
- Form dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise at warm room temperature 1- 1 ½ hours or until doubled in volume.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Divide dough into 15 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place in buttered 9x13 baking pan. Cover and let rise at warm room temperature 45 minutes-1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Bake rolls 18-20 minutes or until set and internal temperature is 190F. Buns will not brown. Stir together remaining 5 tablespoons melted butter, minced garlic cloves, and parsley. Immediately brush over rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
