Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats | The Old Mill | Pigeon Forge, TN

Making Overnight Oats is so easy, and they’re perfect for breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

Soak our thick-cut oats overnight with dried fruits in yogurt and water or milk. The soaking process in the fridge “cooks” the oats and preserves their true, nutty flavor.

Serve in the morning with whatever you like, including fruit, nuts, yogurt and sweetener. Then get ready to go out and conquer the world.
