Chocolate Mug / Heart Bowl Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Miller's Choice Unbleached Flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons regular cocoa
- 1/2 tablespoon dark cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 strawberry to top it, or a tablespoon of Strawberry Preserves
Instructions
- In a mug or bowl that will hold 14 oz - 16 oz, mix the flour, sugar, cocoas, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the water, vegetable oil, and milk.
- Bake in the microwave 90 seconds on high. If you have a low wattage microwave, you may need to bake an additional 30 seconds. Do not overbake or it will come out dry.
- Let it rest 3-4 minutes, then top it with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or a scoop of your favorite ice cream, and a strawberry!
