Roasted Sweet Potato Slices with Sourwood Honey

Sweet potatoes are one of our favorite vegetables. We love them roasted, mashed, and baked into pies! Sweet potato slices with honey is a recipe that will make your sweet tooth happy. These crispy delights are sweetened with sourwood honey.

We’re not sure if anyone else has tried this combo before but it's definitely worth trying because these flavors really go great together. The honey gives this dish a nice bit of sweetness. Either way these roasted slices are something your whole family will enjoy. They're great for breakfast or as a side dish with dinner!

NOTE: Sourwood honey is light, floral, and prized for its buttery flavors of caramel and gingerbread spice. Sourwood Honey can only be produced by skilled beekeepers with access to forests in high elevations. Here, bees visit the flowers of Appalachia’s native sourwood tree, creating one of the world’s most delicious and sought-after honeys. so you can imagine how delicious it tastes!
