Old Mill Meatloaf

Ingredients:
4 pounds of lean ground beef or chuck
1 cup diced onion
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup ketchup
2 1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
3 1/2 tsp. granulated onion
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup half & half
1/4 cup crushed oyster crackers
1/4 pkg. Campbell’s dry onion soup mix
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together (reserve 1/4 cup ketchup) and spread into 3 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Spread reserved ketchup over meatloaf 10 minutes before end of baking time.)

Yield: 12 – 16 Servings
