Sassafras is a boutique at The Old Mill offering fashion, jewelry, and gifts. We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and oversee day-to-day operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead your own store, shape the team, and be part of one of the most recognized destinations in the Smokies.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the team and daily operations

  • Drive sales and manage performance

  • Manage inventory and maintain store standards

  • Maintain strong store presentation and overall visual standards

  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and social content

What you bring

  • Retail leadership experience

  • Strong people and communication skills

  • Eye for detail and store presentation

Full-time, including weekends
